Plenty of fish and angling company on the Missouri River in South Dakota

I think there are a few thousand anglers in South Dakota who have serious cases of cabin fever.
I got to a Missouri River boat ramp at Chamberlain around 7:15 a.m. on Monday, April 10, and there wasn’t a parking space left. The lot is large enough for about 80 trucks and trailers.

One fishing guide’s decision: reduced limits for clients on walleyes, crappies

I recently saw a post on social media that a guide associate of mine has decided to reduce fish limits for his customers during the 2023 open-water season. His new policy means dropping the crappie limit to five instead of 10 and reducing the walleye take from six to four. Walleye size restrictions include nothing shorter than 14 inches and nothing kept over 19 1⁄2 inches.

It looks like AR-15 pistol owners are once again staring at a decision by the ATF (federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) that could affect all AR-style pistols that have a “stabilization brace” on the stock.
