Shooters, save what’s left of your hearing: Here’s are some steps to take

“Say what?”

If you’ve spent much time at a skeet or trap club, you’ve probably noticed that some older club members speak in a loud voice and ask you to repeat what you just said. Perhaps multiple times.
In most people, hearing loss is a function of at least two factors: aging and exposure to loud noises. September trip to Lake of the Woods showcases this fantastic fishery

When my son Jon and I drove off frozen Lake of the Woods after a February ice-fishing trip, we vowed to return during the open-water season. That happened in September with a trip that notched personal-best fish for us and for some old and new friends who joined us.
