There is a new terrible idea flying around Albany. The New York Times recently reported that legislation will be introduced in the State Assembly to shut down the Reynolds Game Farm, in Ithaca, the only state pheasant production facility, and ban a state-run program that has been used to introduce children to the outdoors, farming and upland hunting for over a century.
