The state parks offering seasonal camping for 2017 are Barkcamp, Dillon, East Fork, Mosquito Lake, Paint Creek, Punderson, Pymatuning, Rocky Fork and Stonelick.

The first rainbow trout release is scheduled for Friday, March 3, at Adams Lake in Adams County, and rainbow trout releases will take place across Ohio from March 3-May 21 as long as areas are ice-free and accessible to anglers.

In all probability, the opportunity to make up for Ohio’s to-date deer kill will be overrun with deep snows, holiday shopping and a general lack of interest that can be traced back to deer-hunting over-exposure.
