MN Daily Update: Chance to renew the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund

Minnesotans established the ENRTF in 1988 when 77% of voters supported the constitutional amendment creating the fund. We renewed it in 1998 (with 74% of the vote), and that reauthorization expires next year. (Stock photo)
