If you are a fan of Chicken Florentine, then you have got to try Jeff Benda’s super easy recipe when you are looking for a new pheasant recipe.
Jeff tells us that this pan-seared pheasant breast doused in delicious spinach and garlic cream sauce is one of his favorite meals to make for his wife and 9-year-old daughter. It may look a little fancy, but Jeff said this dish is deceptively simple, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
