Dan Ladd: Still some confusion with New York’s new self-printed license format

Although New York’s bear hunting and archery seasons for deer have been open for a while, and there was the September antlerless deer hunt in parts of the Southern Zone, things amped up when the Northern Zone muzzleloading season began the weekend before going to print with this edition.
And of course, the talk, and even the misinformation, continues regarding the new plain paper, print-your-own tag system implemented this year.
