On days when the wind wasn’t blowing, fish were biting and the perch were schooling as the water temps begin to fall.

Oahe should start producing some monster walleyes over the next couple of weeks and the perch will be schooling.

The perch bite is a bit delayed from previous years, but will only get better from here on out.

Definitely feels like fall lately, and as the water temperatures begin to fall, the bite will begin to improve.
