Hybrid striped bass have been stocked at East Fork since 1983, making it one of the longest running hybrid striper lakes in the state.

Walleye anglers on Lake Erie are heading north of Middle Bass Island right now to find a better size of fish.

Many of the lake’s fish get flushed into the spillway, which can be a bonanza for anglers.

Walleye fishing on the Western Basin and Central Basin of Lake Erie continues to go strong with regular six-fish limits being reported in short amounts of time.

Saugeyes and crappies are moving into deep-water haunts now that summer temperatures have warmed sufficiently.

Walleye fishing on Lake Erie and its tributaries is a highlight of this fishing report.

Mogadore has long been known for its redear sunfish and bluegill populations and that reputation continues today.
