Bemidji is full of structure, is loaded with walleyes, jumbo perch, and muskies, and receives heavy fishing pressure, likely due to both its location and its year-round ability to produce fish.

This Cass County lake is somewhat remote, but most local anglers know about it. They fish it primarily for walleyes and crappies, which Six Mile provides fairly consistently at certain times of the year.
Maple’s fish community is pretty typical – not unlike most lakes in this region. It’s a panfish/bass lake first, full of pickling-size northern pike, and features windows of OK walleye-fishing opportunities.
