United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas has denied a request to reverse New York gun laws, including a recent takeover of background checks on applications for firearms and ammunition.
Thomas, on Oct. 6, heard and later denied an Emergency Application in the Gazzola v. Hochul case in which the plaintiffs are several firearms dealers in New York. Thomas did not provide any explanation, just issuing that the request has been “denied.”
