Side-by-sides continue to dominate the off-road vehicle market, with manufacturers offering increased power, enclosed cabs, factory HVAC, automotive-style technology, and more specialized vehicles.
However, manufacturers of traditional single-seat quads continue to remain innovative, with smart electronic suspensions, integrated touchscreens with GPS mapping, and factory-installed heavy-duty winches and upgraded electronic power steering (EPS).
Here are some of the models you can expect to see in showrooms in the next few weeks.
ARCTIC CAT

A little more than a year ago, Arctic Cat began a new chapter in its long history under new leadership. The regenerated off-road lineup of ATVs and side-by-sides features the Alterra and Bearcat.
Both models offer 597cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, EFI engines, electronic power steering, two-wheel/four-wheel drive (2WD/4WD) electric actuation with selectable front differential lock and a 3,500-pound winch. The Alterra runs 25-inch tires with 12-inch steel wheels, while the Bearcat sports 26-inch tires and 14-inch aluminum wheels.
The Prowler XT and Limited UTVs feature Ultra-Quiet 812cc EFI three-cylinder engine, 2WD/4WD electric actuation with selectable rear differential lock, 27-inch tires with 14-inch aluminum wheels, 12.5 inches of ground clearance, 4,500-pound WARN Winch with synthetic rope, and three-passenger bench seating with behind-seat storage.
The Prowler Limited adds a full cab with heat and Arctic Cat G8 display. The Prowler Crew has room for six, a 2,000-pound towing capacity, and stowable seats for storage.

ARGO

CAN-AM
The Defender HD10 is among the industry’s most affordable side-by-sides with cab and HVAC. It’s powered by an 82-hp Rotax 976cc, V-twin liquid cooled engine. It has a Versa-Pro bench seat.
There are underside hooks, integrated front bumper and heavy-duty plastic skid plate. The Defender HD11 runs a dedicated hard-working engine with 95 hp and a redesigned transmission for smoother shifts and better handling.
Can-Am’s Outlander Pro ATVs are built to haul, tow, and tackle tough terrain without slowing you down. They pair work-calibrated Rotax power with a utility-tuned suspension.
The Outlander Pro HD5/HD7 delivers serious utility with work-ready power, high towing capacity, generous storage, and long maintenance intervals. It features a low-maintenance drive clutch and a rugged alloy chassis.

CFMOTO
The U10 XL Pro Highland’s cabin comes with a factory-installed HVAC system for year-round comfort. It offers seating for up to six, a sound-dampening headliner, sealed power windows, and an electric tip-out windshield that keeps noise, dust, and weather outside.
Under the hood, a robust 998cc liquid-cooled three-cylinder engine provides smooth, dependable power. It features a dual overhead camshaft, variable valve timing, electronic fuel injection and efficient liquid cooling. It delivers 88 hp and medium- and low-speed torque, with a towing capacity of 2,500 pounds.
The CForce 600 quad is powered by a 580cc liquid-cooled engine producing 44 hp, with electronic power steering and 10.6 inches of ground clearance. Cast aluminum wheels, LED lighting, factory 3,500-pound winch with wired remote, steel racks, and 1,500-pound towing capacity come standard.

HONDA
For 2027, Honda is introducing a new Pioneer 1000 that’s built tougher, smarter, and more capable – with the reliable 999cc engine, automatic dual-clutch transmission that delivers excellent towing and hauling capability, and comfortable seating for work or recreation.
Honda also is returning its FourTrax multipurpose ATV lineup, which includes the compact Recon, with durable 229cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine, the versatile Rancher, with 420cc liquid-cooled OHV single-cylinder engine, fuel injection, independent rear suspension and electric power steering. The Rubicon 700 4×4 Automatic offers a 675cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, automatic Dual Clutch Transmission and electric power steering.

HUNTVE
Expanding its 2027 lineup, HuntVe introduces the Game Changer Crew HVAC electric 4×4 UTV. Its dual direct-drive electric motors and a 72-volt system deliver 60 hp with instant, seamless torque for a smooth, relentless pull. The six-passenger UTV features full-time four-wheel drive, a true independent suspension, and aggressive off-road tires that can climb and haul over the toughest terrain.
The Game Changer’s enclosed cab provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, so the weather outside never stops the work or outdoor adventure. The 15.3 kWh maintenance-free lithium battery and dual direct-drive AC motors provide maximum torque and performance, with zero emissions and no engine noise. So there’s no need to choose between capability and clean, quiet power. The Game Changer Crew HVAC is available in white, black, and optional realtree camo.

KAWASAKI
For 2027, Kawasaki continues to feature a full line of ATVs and side-by-sides for work and recreation.
The Ridge UTV provide versatile, all-season performance. Power comes from a 999cc Kawasaki in-line four-cylinder engine, delivering 116 hp, 73.8 foot-pounds of torque with on-the-fly drivetrain adjustability. It features a 1,000-pound capacity tilt cargo bed and 2,500-pound towing capacity, along with a 7-inch color instrumentation and smartphone connectivity. There’s also selectable 4WD with locking front/rear differential and 30-inch tires on 14-inch aluminum wheels.
The Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT 820 is a full-size side-by-side featuring a three- to six-passenger Trans Cab system. Its 821cc three-cylinder, four-stroke engine delivers 1-ton towing capacity. There’s also electrically selectable 2WD/4WD/dual-mode rear differential with differential lock, rack-and-pinion steering and speed-sensitive electric power steering.
Kawasaki’s Brute Force 450 4×4 ATV features a 443cc liquid-cooled four-stroke engine, on-demand 4WD with dual-mode front differential, and speed-sensitive electric power steering.

POLARIS
Ready for work and play, the Sportsman 500 joins the 2027 Polaris ATV lineup, delivering legendary performance and versatility, with enhanced features at a competitive price (starting at a U.S. MSRP of $6,999).
Features include a 9.5-inch independent rear suspension, up to 11.5 inches of ground clearance, and a new all-wheel drive system with auto-locking front drive that automatically engages when it senses tire slip. There’s also a 2,500-pound winch to clear obstacles, 26-inch tires with 14-inch aluminum wheels, 270-pound rack capacity, 5 gallons of storage, and LED headlights that provide enhanced visibility in low-light conditions.
Also, Polaris continues to enhance its Ranger and Sportsman lines with updates to Ranger XP 1000, NorthStar Trail Boss Edition for improved trail performance, while Ranger XP 1000 Mud Edition improves its performance for deep mud and water.
Polaris is also simplifying its ATV and utility naming structure by renaming Sportsman 570 and Ranger SP 570 models to Sportsman 600 and Ranger 600, alongside refreshed colors and updated graphics across the ATV and Ranger lineup.

YAMAHA
Yamaha is bringing back its proven sport, recreation and utility ATV lineup with some updated color options for the 2027 model year.
The Grizzly has long served as Yamaha’s flagship utility ATV and that hasn’t changed, with this year’s model combining a 687cc engine with rugged off-road capability, torque and speed-sensitive electric power steering, four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes, Maxxis tires, and independent long-travel suspension. Kodiak offers practical utility, durable construction and strong value.
The Kodiak 700 uses Yamaha’s reliable 686cc engine, smooth low-rpm power delivery in a compact chassis, while the Kodiak 450 offers dependable midrange power performance.
A potent 999cc DOHC eight-valve parallel-twin engine powers Yamaha’s Wolverine Max 4 1000 Compact. The Yamaha chip controlled throttle optimizes power delivery. A speed management system enables limiting vehicle speed to 25 mph without sacrificing power. The selectable D-Mode offers Sport, Trail and Crawl modes, and a Turf Mode unlocks the differential.
