WI Daily Update: Help those in need by donating your venison

Since the DNR’s Deer Donation Program began in 2000, hunters have donated over 98,000 deer, totaling nearly 4 million pounds of venison, to help Wisconsinites in need. (Photo by Eric Morken)

The Wisconsin DNR encourages citizens to help fight food insecurity in the Badger state by donating their venison. Here are the details.
