Bill Hilts, Jr.: ‘Deer Doctor’ tips for hunting the whitetail rut in New York

Peter Fiduccia, of Gilbertsville, in Otsego County, N.Y., is the “deer doctor” of New York State.
The long-time host of Woods and Water television show has been a good friend for the better part of four decades and when it comes to all things deer, he is the person I turn to for advice and insight for chasing whitetails.
