Outdoor enthusiasts in the central part of Minnesota will have a unique piece of public property to use in the not-too-distant future. What began as discussions two years ago is now on a fast track to reality.
As part of its partnership approach to permanent land protection across Minnesota, Pheasants Forever recently announced development plans for a 249-acre area of public use south of the city of Cold Spring in Stearns County.
