FAIRMONT AREA A white or chartreuse FluFlu and minnow is producing crappies in eight to 12 feet at Budd Lake and Lake Sissiton. You’ll also find crappies and some good-sized perch at Fox Lake in 12 to 14 feet. Minnows are triggering perch in three to six feet at North Silver Lake and Iowa Lake.
