Lac qui Parle, Minn. Lac qui Parle State Park, near Montevideo, Minn., reopened to the public June 29. It had been closed since mid-April due to high water on the Minnesota River that caused flooding in the park’s campground, on its trails, and in day-us

Grand Rapids, Minn. Preparation for the Sept. 15 deer bowhunting season can begin early this year, as the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association hosts a 3-D archery shoot on Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Minnesota Shooting Sports Education Center in Grand Rapids,

The MDHA 3-D shoot will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Archery equipment dealers will be on hand and there will be novelty events.
