Due to the many Covid 19 related issues affecting schools across our nation, the National Archery in the Schools Program made the difficult decision to replace its popular in-person NASP Western and Eastern National Tournaments
This past weekend was a big one for Pennsylvania’s student archers.
Jellison, who teaches at Hartland Middle School, is a national championship-winning NASP coach.
National Archery in the Schools Program State Tournament expected to draw close to 1,000 participants from more than 45 schools across the state.
The Boone and Crockett Club’s Conservation Education Program will soon begin a new mobile archery sport program to provide a hands-on archery, hunter ethics and conservation education module, the organization said in a news release
Countries and teams that have been invited to participate are the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Mongolia, British Virgin Islands, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia.
He shot a 300 at the International Bowhunters Organization Midwest Invitational National Archery in the Schools Program 3D Challenge.
Annual tournament, sponsored by St. Mary’s School in Sherman, Texas, as a fundraiser, attracted more than 600 shooters.
