Great Lakes anglers report mixed results and mixed bags. Most were catching a combination of Chinook, coho, Atlantics, steelhead, browns and lakers.
Boat anglers on Lake Erie targeting walleye were productive near the dumping grounds.
Walleye fishing remains very good along the southeast side of the Lower Peninsula.
Fishing seems to be good across the state. You might have to fight the weather a bit, but when people are getting out, they’re catching fish.

Severe weather has changed things up a bit, but fish are still being caught.
Fishing success has been all over the chart, ranging from slow to fair for salmon and trout to some fine walleye fishing.
