The Missouri River continues to be the most consistent bite right now, mainly when using jigs and minnows.
Anglers scratching that open-water itch. Main attraction has been the Missouri River, but more and more anglers are fishing the shores of southeast South Dakota lakes.
The main story has been the traffic heading west to the river – and the fish have been cooperating.
The Missouri River is open in many spots and fish are being caught.
