Pennsylvania Fish & Boat commissioners, at their quarterly meeting here July 27, approved the purchase of three easements on Walnut Creek, a popular steelhead waterway in Erie County.
First, the Fish & Boat Commission reported that Asbury Woods Partnership, Inc., has offered a 730-foot easement on both sides of the creek in Fairview Township for $14,000. The easement is for public access and aquatic resource management.
