On Wednesday, March 11, members of New York’s sporting community gathered at the Well of the Legislative Office Building in the State Capitol to meet face-to-face with dozens of state lawmakers as part of the New York Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus.
While the event was open to the public, it was primarily attended by leaders of numerous conservation groups, and also staff from the State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Division of Fish and Wildlife, along with dozens of politicians supporting the sporting community.
