Taste of the Wild: Fabulous pheasant pozole (Mexican Stew)

Even though most of those cold dark days of winter are in our review mirror, contributor Jeff Benda shares this recipe that he said is the kind of stew that makes the upper Midwest winter feel manageable, one spoonful at a time. He said this pozole fills the house with an amazing aroma.
