The activities Oct. 3 will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the free Awards Dinner followed by the 19th Annual Awards Presentations. Everyone is welcome to attend. The evening will close with the Legal Defense Fund Auction, proceeds of which go to defend trappers’ rights.
The convention will close with a General Membership meeting at 3 p.m. on Oct. 5 in the main vendor building. Members are encouraged to attend as the organization will explain what has been happening and what is being proposed for next year.
Ample camping is available on the grounds, both primitive and RV for a nominal fee (Electrical hookups additional). Comfort Inn & Suites is the host hotel, located just a few minutes from the fairgrounds
