I admit, I’m a weather geek and it’s something that dates back to a meteorology course I took in college. In fact, because of my broadcasting background – also primarily in college – my wife often jokes that I should have considered a career as a TV meteorologist.
With that, looking back to March I’ve unfortunately realized that it has rained each of the past six Saturdays (and looking like seven at press time) in the northern and eastern regions of New York, which has resulted in a lot of cussing from weekend anglers and now, turkey hunters, too (including this one). But the fact is, we need the rain.
