There’s been some hope coming down the pike lately for New York gun owners, mostly because of two recent developments at the national level. First is the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, introduced into Congress last month that would regulate the carry or possession of concealed firearms across state lines.
And most recently is President Trump’s order to the attorney general to assess a number of regulations and policies the Biden administration imposed on firearms. That all sounds like good news, but then again, we live in New York.
