Today, Pennsylvania has abundant deer, turkeys and black bears, a growing elk herd, recovering raptors and river otters, healthy trout fisheries, and millions of acres of forests, wetlands, farms and mountains supporting extraordinary wildlife diversity. It is one of America’s great conservation success stories.
