Like Vermont, fish and wildlife agencies across the country have begun to look ahead when it comes to future funding for outdoor resources. For nearly a century, a great deal of such funding has come from Pittman-Roberston and Dingle-Johnson programs, instituted in 1937 and 1950, respectively.
