Walleyes, pike, muskies ran small in last survey on Teal Lake in Wisconsin’s Sawyer County

While Teal Lake sits in Wisconsin’s famous-for-fishing Sawyer County, the lake sits a solid 25 miles east of Hayward, Sawyer County’s fishing epicenter. Along with Lost Land and Ghost lakes, Teal is part of the Quiet Lakes Region where there is a 10 mph speed limit that essentially quashes any thoughts of water skiing or wake surfing.
