Hope Taft: A true botanical trailblazer

Hope Taft, Ohio’s First Lady from 1999 to 2007, continues to show that the love of the state’s native plants is a non-partisan issue. The apex being that Hope Taft was the spearpoint in turning the governor’s residence grounds into a showcase of Ohio’s indigenous flora.
