Dan Ladd: Ready to take advantage of New York’s camping, trout and bass fishing

For this hunter/angler summer begins June 1. Not because I somewhat follow the meteorological calendar, but because once the spring turkey season is over I pretty much go into summer mode. And that means camping, some last minute brook trout fishing and eventually bass fishing.
