Rain was a continual pest during last year’s turkey season during the second week in May in Wisconsin. Enduring a wet afternoon and evening left a person wondering where to set up the next morning.
I went with a spot where I could snuggle in among the protection of pine trees. The next morning the fog was thick as I left the cabin at 4:45 a.m.
