Considering a hunt in Africa? Just go

My oldest son, Ira, called. “Hey Dad, I think you and Chris (his son) should go to Africa with me.”
Ira was the winning bidder for a ‘Plains Game’ safari donated to his local Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation fundraising banquet. Donated by Stompiesland Safaris, the hunt presented a unique opportunity for the three of us. An African hunt has been for years on Ira’s ‘Gotta Do’ list. Here was his chance. How could I say, no?
