The eight-member citizens commission for the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department voted recently to continue pitting hunters against hunters. It’s nothing new.
In this case, members of the South Dakota Wildlife Federation packed a commission meeting and demanded a reduction in how many nonresidents are allowed to hunt during the spring turkey season in the Black Hills.
