Minnesota bonding bills unveiled, environment bill on to Senate floor

Gov. Tim Walz’s budget recommendations from January 2024 pitched a $982.45 million capital budget bill. That bonding bill was unveiled in House and Senate capital investment committees on Monday, April 29, and Tuesday, April 30, respectively. The total comes out to $980 million, and the Minnesota DNR would receive about $65.5 million in both bills.
