A proposal to return to a coyote hunting season in Michigan that’s closed April 15-July 15 sure raised a lot of emotions in the hunting and trapping community.
I was surprised at the division the proposal caused between folks with the same goals and desires – to enjoy their time hunting, trapping, and/or fishing. Social media attacks by keyboard warriors against fellow hunters and trappers with differing views ranged from shocking to downright nasty.
If you’re looking to fish the main lake at Deer Creek Lake in south-central Ohio, you might run into some tough fishing.
