We’re just a shade over a month away from the turkey opener in Minnesota. When it begins, thousands of hunters will take to the spring woods in search of a cooperative gobbler.
Many of those hunters will tag toms, and in a one-bird state such as Minnesota, that means it’s a wrap on the season.
The opportunity to take others hunting exists, of course. But there’s another option: travel.
