Ohio Division of Wildlife launches new ‘Fishing Tournament System’

“We do have a story we’d like to share with the public, now that you ask.”
That comment originated from a question cast at Scott Hale during the annual Division of Wildlife’s dinner held at the governor’s residence in September. Hale is the executive administrator of fish management and research at the Division of Wildlife (DOW) in the Ohio DNR (ODNR). The topic Hale had in mind concerned the newly formed Fishing Tournament System (FTS) now in operation for all tournaments being conducted at ODNR ramps and lakes.
