Depending on where you get your news from, New York’s gun owners are either big losers or big winners following the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals panel decisions on New York’s gun laws. These all have to do with individual challenges through lawsuits against certain provisions in Gov. Kathy Hochul’s 2022 Concealed Carry Improvement Act.
