This Ontario-based company continues to refine its extensive line of XTVs (Xtreme Terrain Vehicles) – from the value-packed Frontier 700 6×6 Scout, stocked with everything you need to get you and a crew to that secluded fishing lake or duck blind in the marsh – to the Conquest Outfitter that packs the power to haul a half-ton moose out of the bush.

The Frontier features a sturdy VX 700 EFI V-Twin engine, Instant Torque Clutch (ITC) for a smooth trip, heavy-duty front rack, an always-handy 3,500-pound winch, and TrueTimber Prairie camo. With a dependable VX 950 V-Twin EFI fan-cooled engine and the butter-smooth Instant Torque Clutch (ITC), the Conquest Outfitter easily negotiates those hard-to-reach spots, including high altitudes. Big loads are easier to shoulder with 25-inch tires on AirLock steel rims.

POLARIS

For 2024, Polaris expands its already extensive Ranger line with the revolutionary new Ranger XD 1500, an entirely new class of extreme duty utility side-by-sides, featuring the industry’s first 1500cc, three-cylinder engine that delivers 110 hp with 105 pounds-foot of torque, and the totally new Steeldrive automatic transmission with steel-constructed belt for maximum strength, durability and ease of operation.

Ranger XD 1500 is built on a high-strength, one piece steel chassis that provides a solid foundation for its 1,500-pound capacity cargo box and 3,500-pound towing capability, a 40% increase over existing models. There’s also 15 inches of clearance with arched A-arms to help clear large obstacles. RANGER XD 1500 offers service intervals four-to-six times longer than standard full-size UTVs, so customers can maximize their uptime.

The intuitive rotary drive mode selector offers four drive modes: comfort for a quieter ride experience; standard for everyday driving; sport that maximizes throttle response; and tow/haul for maximum torque. Hill assist prevents the vehicles from rolling backwards when letting off the accelerator and brakes when heading uphill, while descent control engages the transmission to maintain control while descending slopes. Other features include heating and air conditioning, and ride command touchscreen display. There are three models – the XD 1500 Premium, NorthStar Premium and NorthStar Ultimate – with over 70 available accessory options. Machines are expected to begin shipping in late summer.

YAMAHA

The 2024 Grizzly EPS XT-R is the ultimate Yamaha ATV with enhanced terrain capability thanks to its factory-installed WARN VRX 25 winch, aluminum wheels, and 27-inch Maxxis’ Zilla tires – all wrapped in high-quality painted bodywork and unique XT-R graphics. The XT-R is equipped with Yamaha’s powerful 686cc engine featuring a broad, usable powerband that’s ideal for working hard or playing hard.

The high-mounted air intake layout improves power and torque, while a separate inlet reduces the temperature of the drive system and helps keep water and dirt out. A stainless steel exhaust system and a screen-type spark arrestor provide added power while minimizing noise output. And a fan-assisted high-capacity radiator generates plenty of airflow for maximum cooling efficiency, and is positioned high in the frame for optimal protection.
