No fatal injuries during Ohio’ deer season in 2022-2023

The increased usage of rifles shooting straight-walled cartridges has probably made deer hunting safer in Ohio and other states where they are legal.
That’s at least the opinion of Ken Fitz, the ODNR Division of Wildlife’s law enforcement administrator.
