Due to the high demand by restaurants, churches, legion halls, veteran clubs and others for fish fries, the University of Wisconsin’s Northern Aquaculture Demonstration Facility at Stevens Point continues to attempt to fine tune its approaches to rearing walleyes and other popular freshwater species.
