Grand Rapids, Minn. The Minnesota Deer Hunters Association is reiterating a request it made to Minnesotans last spring: Please don’t feed the deer.

St. Paul A painting by Stephen P. Hamrick of Lakeville was chosen as the winning design from among 23 entries in the pheasant habitat stamp contest sponsored by the DNR last week.
