Finally, people have been hitting the ice and having some success, especially in the northeastern part of the state. The snow and the warmer temperatures have slowed the ice fishing in the extreme southeastern part

Warmer weather has taken a toll on ice conditions. But cooler air moving in, so ice fishing might start back up. Open-water anglers few and far between, but it’s still going strong on the Missouri

Recent warm temperatures have definitely affected the ice conditions on most area lakes, but many anglers are having quite a bit of success on the Missouri River of late.
