Despite the heat, those who have been getting out have had success on area lakes and the Missouri River.

Forget catching walleyes during these hot dog days of summer, right? Not necessarily. Here’s how – and where – you can target and catch those walleyes this time of year.

High water and a sizzler of a July 4th weekend made for some slow panfish action, but some fish were caught, and here’s how it was done.
