Fishing has been good. Some consistent patterns are developing, and some presentations that are rising above the rest.

The heat wave turned off, but not the walleye bite. Here’s where they’re catching them, and what they’re using on area lakes.

There seemed to be quite a bit of fish movement to deeper water this week.

Finding a lot of fish sliding into their summer patterns and the fish size is getting better as well. Some full-proof ways to catch them right now.

Rapidly warming water has meant summer patterns have started to develop for most species.

As hot as the weather has been, the walleye bite has been scorching, too. Here’s what anglers are using to land those ‘eyes. And the northern pike continue to hit just about anything.
