Lake Ontario and tributaries Salmon are starting to stage off the creek mouths and the Niagara River for anyone looking to target these fish. First thing in the morning, try fishing inside of 60 feet.
Lake Ontario Salmon are staging around river mouths and the fishing has been good in 60 to 100 feet of water. Flashers and flies have been working well, with white and green being good colors.
Cayuga Lake Fishing was slow on most of the Finger Lakes at last look. Anglers were marking fish and a lot of bait, but having little luck getting strikes. Fishing 80 to 110 feet down
