One thing is for certain about the upcoming fall archery deer hunt: There should be no shortage of deer on the Ohio landscape from which hunters can choose.
That’s the early word from Clint McCoy, the ODNR Division of Wildlife’s deer program administrator, who sat for an interview with Ohio Outdoor News in late July.
“Really any deer hunter this year can expect a continuation of what we’ve been seeing over the past couple of years,” he said. “And that’s more deer on the landscape.”
