A life-long advocate and professional promoter of youth shooting programs is set to pass the torch on to the next generation.
After decades of leading the NYS 4-H Shooting Sports program, Bill Schwerd is retiring. Schwerd, who is also the Executive Director of the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County, will continue in that role.
