Commentary: Rockland County, N.Y., youth hunt opt-out is sad and shameful

Sadly, of the 54 counties eligible to be in the program Rockland County and Erie County have not signed up for it, as Dan states in his editorial. At least Erie County’s legislature approved it, but their county executive vetoed it.
New York’s Junior Hunting Pilot program is a great way to accomplish that goal.
